Beautiful beach house in Santa Barbara dawn was the reconstruction of the ranch-style bungalow in the 50's. Now a luxurious and modern house with a wonderful atmosphere has preserved the middle of last century. The project includes an architectural studio Neumann Mendro Andrulaitis Architects using Allen and Associates.

Architects and designers succeeded in combining classical architecture with modern comfort and ergonomics. New large windows make sunlight as much as possible to fill the house and remove inner walls and an open plan solution contributed to the creation of a cozy living room.
